1. Company Presentation

Wedding sur mesure is a company specializing in the planning, coordination, and design of weddings and private events, operating primarily in the Var region and along the French Riviera.
These General Terms and Conditions of Services (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of Wedding sur mesure and its clients within the scope of the services provided.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

Wedding sur mesure offers, in particular, the following services (non-exhaustive list):

• Full wedding planning

• Wedding day coordination

• Scenography & design

• Bespoke support and consulting

• Destination weddings

• Digital tools & planning support

• Additional events

Each service is subject to a personalized quotation, established according to the client’s specific needs.

3. Quotation and Booking

The quotation is valid for the period specified therein.
The service is considered booked only after:

• signature of the quotation and contract;

• payment of the deposit indicated on the quotation.

Wedding sur mesure reserves the right to refuse any request that does not align with its values, availability, or scope of expertise.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and may be subject to VAT depending on the applicable tax regime.
Unless otherwise stated:

• a deposit is required upon signature;

• the balance must be paid according to the schedule indicated in the quotation.

Any delay in payment may result in the suspension of services, without entitling the client to any compensation.

5. Obligations of Wedding sur mesure

Wedding sur mesure undertakes to:

• use all necessary means to ensure proper performance of the service;

• act with professionalism, discretion, and diligence;

• support the client in the coordination and organization of the event.

Wedding sur mesure is bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.

6. Obligations of the Client

The client agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information;

• comply with payment schedules;

• actively collaborate in the organization of the event;

• inform Wedding sur mesure of any changes affecting the service.

Wedding sur mesure cannot be held liable in the event of the client’s failure to meet their obligations.

7. Third-Party Vendors

Wedding sur mesure acts as an intermediary and coordinator between the client and third-party vendors.
Contracts concluded with vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, etc.) bind the client directly.
Wedding sur mesure cannot be held responsible for any failure, delay, or dispute involving these vendors.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing.
Amounts paid shall not be refunded in accordance with the conditions specified in the signed contract or quotation.
However, in the event of the death of one of the engaged parties, the amounts already paid may be refunded, excluding costs already incurred, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
Wedding sur mesure reserves the right to terminate the service in the event of non-compliance with contractual obligations by the client.

 

9. Force Majeure

Wedding sur mesure shall not be held liable in the event of inability to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event (weather conditions, strikes, administrative restrictions, serious illness, etc.).

10. Liability

Wedding sur mesure undertakes to use all necessary means to properly perform the services provided for in the contract.
It is bound by an obligation of means, not of results.

Wedding sur mesure shall not be held liable in particular in the following cases:

• failure, delay, cancellation, or fault of a third-party vendor (venue, caterer, photographer, florist, etc.);

• incidents, accidents, deterioration, or damage occurring at the venue or during the event;

• unfavorable or unpredictable weather conditions;

• administrative decisions, legal restrictions, or imposed security measures;

• absence, delay, or inappropriate behavior of guests;

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the couple or their guests;

• inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Wedding sur mesure shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect damages, including moral, commercial, or reputational harm.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Wedding sur mesure website, including texts, graphic elements, visual identity, logos, and layouts, is protected by intellectual property law.
Texts, brand identity, certain visuals, and graphic elements created by Wedding sur mesure are the exclusive property of the company.
Images used on the website come either from licensed image libraries (including Wix) or from visuals owned by Wedding sur mesure and are used in accordance with applicable rights and licenses.
Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the website content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

12. Image Rights

Unless expressly opposed in writing by the client, Wedding sur mesure reserves the right to use photographs of the event for communication purposes (website, social media, professional materials).

 

13. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely within the scope of the commercial relationship and is never transferred to third parties.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

 

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought prior to any legal action.
